Get ready to groove at the DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival powered by LottoStar!

This year's event is going all out to celebrate a decade of Delicious with an incredible lineup of Grammy winners and sensational artists. So mark your calendars for September 23rd and 24th, 2023, at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit for a weekend of African heritage and a fusion of mouthwatering cuisine and cosmopolitan sounds.

Headlining this monumental anniversary festival are none other than Maxwell, an American multi-platinum soul singer; Tems, a Nigerian singer-songwriter; and our very own South African Afro-house hitmaker, Zakes Bantwini. These Grammy-winning artists will have you dancing and singing along all weekend long.

But that's not all! The festivities kick off with iconic US funk-soul-disco outfit Shalamar and the multi-award-winning local gospel choir Joyous Celebration. The Main Stage on Saturday will also feature talented DJs like Oscar Mbo, Mörda Bongs, DJ Kent, and the sensational Ringo Madlingozi. And let's not forget DJ Lamiez Holworthy, who will bring some old-school sass to the stage.

Arrested Development, a two-time Grammy-winning outfit, will light up Saturday afternoon with their positive-minded hip-hop infused with African influences. Get ready for a captivating performance by Grammy-winning American jazz pianist, producer, and songwriter Robert Glasper as he sets the scene for mellow sundowners with his hip-hop-inflected compositions.

Saturday night belongs to Nigerian superstar Tems, who made history as the first African artist to debut at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 with her collaboration with Drake on "Wait for U." She even earned a Grammy for Best Melodic Rap Performance. Joining her is the energetic and talented Zakes Bantwini, our very own "King of Dance" and the latest South African Grammy winner for Best Global Music Performance. He's guaranteed to turn Kyalami into one massive dancefloor.

On Sunday, get ready to be uplifted by the incomparable South African gospel choir Joyous Celebration, who have been unifying South Africans and spreading joy through music for almost 30 years. Greg The Musical Maestro and Oskido will keep the energy high throughout the day. And don't miss the electrifying British acid jazz act Incognito, who wowed the crowd at the festival in 2014. They'll be followed by the legendary funk, soul, and disco group Shalamar, celebrating their 40th anniversary with a "Friends" tour.

The weekend will culminate with the smooth R&B sounds of critically acclaimed artist Maxwell, who has captivated music lovers for over two decades. With his soulful romantic melodies, he's sure to leave a lasting impression.

And let's not forget about the Drip Dance Stage, the ultimate destination for dance music fanatics. On Saturday night, the Scorpion Kings and friends will bring the beats, while DJ Zinhle and friends will keep you grooving on Sunday.

This year's festival has taken extra precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. With more vendors, improved parking and ride-hailing facilities, and all vendors accepting bank cards, you'll have everything you need to indulge in delicious cuisine and immerse yourself in sensational music.
